We are based in Chingford, E4, North East London. Free on-street parking is available alongside the property.
Standard appointments are available through our online booking system. Premium out-of-hours appointments are available for an additional £10, including appointments before 12:00 PM, after 5:00 PM, and on public holidays including Christmas, Easter and Bank Holidays.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment. Each booking can only be rescheduled once. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may result in loss of your deposit and a new booking will be required.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. All deposits are non-refundable, including cancelled appointments. A new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
Children are welcome if needed. Please ensure they remain supervised throughout your visit. Some treatments require you to remain still, and if disruptions affect safety, we may need to pause or reschedule your appointment.
We do not infill work completed by other technicians. If you currently have lashes applied elsewhere, you will need to book a lash removal followed by a full new set.
Aftercare
To minimise swelling and bruising, avoid alcohol, caffeine and smoking for at least 12 hours before your appointment. Drink plenty of water and attend feeling well, free from any active cold sores, infections or illness.
For the first 24 hours avoid: touching or rubbing the treated area, alcohol, kissing, makeup or cosmetic products on the area, sunbeds and sun exposure, intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, and other facial treatments.
It is completely normal to experience mild swelling, tenderness, redness, bruising, and small lumps or bumps. These are temporary and should improve over the following days. Full healing and final results can take up to 14 days.
If you notice small lumps after 2-3 days, you may gently massage the area as advised by your practitioner. If you have any concerns, please contact Zaréa Aesthetics before attempting to massage the area yourself.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for lash and brow tinting treatments, ideally 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Medical Suitability
Before any treatment, all clients must complete a consultation and medical history form. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, current medications, previous cosmetic treatments, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any active skin conditions, infections or cold sores.
Zaréa Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe or not in the client's best interests. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment being refused and your deposit may be forfeited.
Payments
We accept Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Klarna and Clearpay. Payment must be made before leaving the clinic.
A deposit is required to secure your booking: £25 for standard treatments, or 10% of the treatment cost for larger or higher-value treatments. Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance on the day.
Deposits are non-refundable, including for cancelled appointments. Deposits cannot be transferred to a different month if you choose to reschedule.
General
Every client is unique and results can vary depending on individual anatomy, lifestyle, metabolism and aftercare. While we strive for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee identical results. Some clients may require additional treatments to achieve or maintain their desired look.
Clinical before and after photographs may be taken to monitor treatment progress and maintain accurate records. Images will only be used for marketing or social media with your separate consent.
All personal information, medical records and photographs are stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR legislation. Your information is never shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
